Dave is a true professional who knows exactly what he's doing. It was obvious initially after speaking to Dave in detail over the phone that he has substantial knowledge of how to find & treat termites & other pests. Then after watching Dave complete the thorough inspection & discussing together how to move forward with a plan, my partner & I were convinced that Dave is the right person to be managing our situation into the future. We were especially impressed with how much time Dave had to complete the inspection, then explain everything, then send through a written report. Dave's customer service is exceptional & continuous. We highly recommend.
