Ducting in your subfloor can restrict cross airflow and cause conditions conducive to termites. You should have all your ducting tied up hard against the underside of your flooring so air can completely pass over the soil surface.

Dave is a true professional who knows exactly what he's doing. It was obvious initially after speaking to Dave in detail over the phone that he has substantial knowledge of how to find & treat termites & other pests. Then after watching Dave complete the thorough inspection & discussing together how to move forward with a plan, my partner & I were convinced that Dave is the right person to be managing our situation into the future.
